Essex Wellbeing Service

The Essex Wellbeing Service supports people in the community and at work with a range of health, wellbeing and welfare needs. We help people access information and support to stay healthy, safe and well from help to quit smoking to supporting families adapt to ‘new normal’.

We also coordinate requests and referrals for support and connect them to our volunteers.

Hartbeeps Basildon & Tendring

Award winning Hartbeeps is a fun and interactive music class which transports children through a magical, make-believe journey. It offers highly interactive classes for sitting babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Run and Brunch

Personal trainer Sarah Bockhard started Run and Brunch running club in Clacton because she wanted to get people of all ages, shapes and sizes to give walking, jogging and running a go without feeling pressured into being fast or into wearing the latest running gear.
